Responsibilities:

  • Perform facial and slimming treatment with skills and service attitude.
  • Provide beauty advise to customer and recommend our skin care products.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess relevant beauty certificate – SKM 1&2, Cidesco, C&G and etc or relevant working experience.
  • Well groomed, pleasant personality, responsible and positive attitude.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • High level of customer service to increase the productivity and meeting sales target.

  • Cashiering and settlement of daily sales transactions.

  • To assist Head of Marketing in planning, development, implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns, events, advertising and promotional strategy and activities
  • Implement cost effective marketing strategies to meet company business objectives

  • Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
  • Curate relevant content to reach the target audience (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Company website, Foursquare, Flickr, etc.)
  • Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms (eg, Radian6, FB Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, Social Mention etc)
  • Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media Programs. Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma- SKM, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, City & Guilds or VTO or other equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in beauty industry is required for this position
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Preferably Senior Executive with working experience in beauty salon, training & development or equivalent

  • In charge day to day receptionist tasks including attending to all incoming calls and directing the calls to respective division, attending walk in visitors, handling all incoming and outgoing mails and parcels and etc.
